WATER LAW & POLICY RESEARCH

Water365 offers water law and policy research services customized to suit your organization’s interests and needs.

Our researchers critically examine legal, regulatory, and policy aspects of water law and water resource management. Through an interdisciplinary approach that incorporates economic, sociological, agricultural, environmental, and other views of water management, we provide the means for our clients to become better informed on legal and policy aspects of critical water-related issues.

Our recent projects include: a 50-state survey of high-capacity well regulations and a comprehensive review of voluntary approaches to agricultural water pollution reduction in the United States.

Water365 is also currently leading the legal research for a groundwater governance report on the biophysical, technical, governmental, legal, and social elements of groundwater governance in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.
