An experienced researcher and licensed attorney, Ben’s primary objective is to make the complex legal and policy components surrounding water-related matters accessible to clients. His expertise enables him to deliver valuable insights that inform decision-making processes for water resource sustainability.
Ben holds a JD from Marquette University Law School and an MA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He also works as an attorney at a civil legal aid organization, where he helps low-income clients overcome barriers to employment. In his free time, Ben enjoys cooking and exploring Milwaukee on his bike.
Shannon Robak-Klein joined Water365 as a co-consultant in 2023. Her main role is planning and facilitating stakeholder and public information meetings.
A humanitarian professional with over 10 years of experience in international development and working with people of diverse backgrounds, Shannon has spent many years traveling and living overseas. That experience has instilled in her a passion for social justice and empowering marginalized populations to reach their full potential.
In 2018, she founded a nonprofit organization that supports the advancement of Nepalese youth through educational scholarships, and offers technical assistance in business development to refugee women who have resettled in the Milwaukee area. Through awareness campaigns, community outreach, and public engagement efforts, Shannon's nonprofit has kept thousands of plastic bags from going into landfills and has helped generate income for local refugee women.
