Water365 works with organizations to make communities, ecosystems, and economies more resilient. While our focus is mostly on issues related to the results of extreme precipitation events, like flooding, erosion, and water quality pollution, we partner with mitigation, adaptation and resilience professionals from a variety of other disciplines and perspectives to provide wholistic sustainability and climate change response planning services. And we include a focus on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) issues as part of in all of our work so that our projects consider the impacts on the underrepresented and underserved members of the communities we serve.

Linda Reid is an Envision Sustainability Professional, a member of the American Society of Adaptation Professionals, and an International Green Infrastructure Certification Program trainer.
